Why Do We Train?

Isn’t training the same as playing basketball on multiple teams? No, it is not! Training is focusing on the fundamentals of every aspect of basketball and doing them over and over. Once you master one you can move on to the next and there is always a next.

They are playing and practicing with their team regularly but still work on the fundamentals of their game every day with a trainer. These are players at the pinnacle of the sport who practice fundamental drills over and over again to improve their game.
